Clean room, convenient location with easy freeway access, and indoor pool with hot tub make this hotel a great choice for short stays, complemented by complimentary breakfast featuring scrambled eggs and sausage.

Oh man, the pumpkin spice waffles were to die for! Also, the room was clean and accessible, making it a breeze to kick back after a day exploring the Black Hills. Plus, the location had me just a hop away from Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Culver's for more tasty treats.

On the downside, the bathroom humidity was no joke—felt like a swamp! And, let’s just say that one staff member might want to rethink their career path. a little cheeriness wouldn’t hurt.

Breakfast options exceeded expectations

The room was clean and spacious, and I loved the variety at breakfast, especially the delicious pumpkin spice waffles. The staff ensured everything ran smoothly.

However, the air conditioning struggled a bit, making the last night uncomfortably warm. I had to tinker with it multiple times to feel comfortable.

The bathroom turned into a sauna due to humidity, making it quite uncomfortable. The refrigerator in the room made a ticking noise that was rather distracting, and the microwave sparked during use, signaling it was past its prime. Also, the bed was softer than expected, which may not suit everyone’s taste.

The cozy indoor pool was a highlight for my family, but the air conditioning struggled, making the room too warm.

My stay at Hampton Inn Spearfish was delightful. The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a restful night. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the delicious potatoes and fluffy eggs that tasted fresh. The hotel's location near restaurants and the highway was very convenient.

Great hotel with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff was kind and helped my old parents during our first stay. I'll be back for Easter!
